Nice idea, but ...Portland FellaOK, it looks really cool. I'll bet it functions well. However -- and this is a really BIG but -- there is no way I can think of to keep it warm. This is important when dealing with melted chocolate. When it cools, even a few degrees, it would turn into a giant lump of hardened candy! With the smaller plastic funnels, you can lay them down in an empty, but heated double boiler and keep it "up to temperature". Oh well; money down the drain.
