This is a professional quality polycarbonate mold. I have several molds from Fat Daddios and they all work well in that the chocolates come out easily, the detail is good. This mold is quite small, only 7 or 8 grams per chocolate. Still big enough for a shell and filling, but too small for what I consider a "saleable" product. I use this mold to make chocolate samples to give away. The size given in the description is accurate, so read it carefully before you buy.

The polycarbonate is really the food stuff as it will last forever, so, the pricy item will pay it off during the years.My only con is that it is very small, so I bough it thinking of making chocolate shells for little cupcakes, but now I will have to serve tine ones....but for chocolates, it will be perfect !

This is a nice mold to fill with your favorite centers.....not just peanut butter.....the molds are great...just make sure to hand wash......dishwasher will get too hot and warp them.
